Andrey Perminov is a seasoned urban planner with a strong passion for creating attractive, sustainable, and user-centered places in cities. He boasts over 5 years of experience in project management, content development, and operation management for large scale urban planning projects involving more than 10,000 hectares. Perminov holds a Master's degree in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of London and another Bachelor's degree in Economics from State University with a GPA of 4.7/5. Before joining Strelka KB, he worked as a Tulse Hill Research Group Consultant at Lambeth Borough Council and a Junior Analyst at Rosatom. At Strelka KB, he worked his way up from being a Senior Analyst to a Project Director, providing advice to Russian cities and territories to thrive. Perminov possesses excellent analytical and structuring skills, making him adept at dealing with complex systems and behavior patterns that need organizing. He is also an excellent communicator, capable of leading project teams and effectively communicating with different stakeholders. When he is not working, Perminov is a wine enthusiast and enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion about wine on occasional tasting evenings. He is also a beginner runner, training hard to finish a half-marathon.
