Andy Yang

Andrew Yang is an entrepreneur, father, and advocate for a human-centered economy. He is known for his involvement in the #YangGang and #Forwardist movements, as well as for his support of Universal Basic Income (UBI). Yang is also the founder of the Forward Party and a New York Times bestselling author.

Yang pursued his education at prestigious institutions, earning a J.D. from Columbia Law School, a BA in Economics from Brown University, and studying at Exeter.

Through his career, Yang has been involved in various organizations and initiatives. He is the former founder of the Forward Party and Venture for America. Yang ran for Mayor of NYC in 2021 as a Democrat under the Yang for New York campaign. He also ran for the US Presidency in 2020 under the Yang2020 campaign. Additionally, he has held leadership positions such as CEO and Founder of Venture for America, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Managing Director at Manhattan GMAT, Vice President at MMF Systems (I) Pvt Ltd and Crisp Wireless, and Co-founder and President of Stargiving.com. Yang has also worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
