Andrew Whiting, a seasoned director and chartered secretary, has a passion for leadership and building winning teams. With a wealth of corporate affairs and legal experience, Andrew is equipped with the expertise to navigate the global regulatory landscape, facilitate commercial transactions, and enhance corporate governance.

Andrew's corporate affairs experience includes managing government relations and external communications, focusing on building corporate reputation and fostering an efficient regulatory landscape. On the legal side, Andrew has worked in global law firms as well as multinational companies. He has extensive experience in managing complex cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. His expertise also extends to project management, integration, corporate governance, competition, regulatory, and compliance advice.

Andrew studied at the University of Cape Town, where he pursued Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Business Science degrees. He also attended St. John's College in Johannesburg for high school.

Currently serving as Corporate Affairs Director for Africa at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Andrew previously held positions as Legal and Corporate Affairs Director for UK & Ireland and Global Legal Director for M&A at the same company. He has also worked as Corporate Counsel at SABMiller and held associate positions at Herbert Smith Freehills and Bowman Gilfillan.
