Andrew Vasylyk

Andrew Vasylyk is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of StartupSoft, a company that helps tech companies and startups hire dedicated teams in Ukraine.12 He founded StartupSoft in 2016 with his brother Alex Vasylyk in their hometown of Ternopil, Ukraine.1 Andrew is also the founder of Ukraine in our Hearts, a charity fund created to support Ukraine during the ongoing war.3

Andrew moved to Canada in 2004 and had already established three startups before founding StartupSoft.1 He is actively involved in helping Silicon Valley startups hire offshore developers through his staff augmentation company.4 StartupSoft has grown to over 100 clients in the USA, Canada, Germany, and other countries, with a current team of 170 tech experts.1

In response to the war in Ukraine, Andrew has been involved in fundraising efforts. His company, StartupSoft, donated 500,000 UAH to support Ukrainian soldiers, and he has been instrumental in providing body armor to Ukrainian troops.36 Andrew is recognized for his expertise in the tech industry, with USA Today quoting him on the abundance of talent in Ukraine.5
