Currently, Alex is the driving force behind StartupSoft, a company dedicated to helping Silicon Valley startups effortlessly build and manage their remote teams. StartupSoft focuses on providing startups with exclusive access to remote engineers, ensuring a seamless hiring process, efficient management, and talent retention.
