Andrew O'Brian is an experienced airport executive with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporación Quiport S.A., which operates the Quito International Airport in Ecuador, from 2013 to 2021.13

Leadership at Quiport: During his tenure at Quiport, O'Brian led the daily operations of Quito International Airport, which served over 5 million passengers and handled more than 220,000 metric tons of cargo annually, generating over $180 million in annual revenue.1 He managed a team of 10 direct reports and oversaw an airport community of more than 32,000 staff.
Financial Achievements: In 2019, O'Brian led a management team on an international roadshow that resulted in a $400 million bond refinance deal, which provided significant dividends for shareholders and repayment to multilateral lending agencies in the U.S.1
Previous Roles: Before becoming CEO, O'Brian served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Quiport from 2012 to 2013.1 In this role, he successfully managed the Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer (ORAT) from the legacy airport to the new airport operations in 2013.
