Before his time at Airbnb, Andrew worked as the Head of Recruiting at Airtime, Technical Recruiting Consultant at MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Talent Acquisition Consultant at HBO, and Account Recruiting Manager at The Judge Group, among other positions.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, Andrew also studied Front End Web Development at Flatiron School.
