Before joining Talent Forge as its Founder, he spent several years working with companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500, to address key challenges and opportunities in their businesses.
Paul is passionate about helping his clients overcome their business challenges and identifies talent as the key driving factor behind any successful organization. With his unique blend of experience in recruiting, technology, and engineering, Paul brings a fresh perspective to talent acquisition and gives his clients a competitive edge in the market.
Paul has worked in various organizations in the past, each of which has contributed to his rich experience and unique expertise. He was the Operations Manager at ORINOX, the Senior Account Executive at On Center Software, and the Software Account Executive at Atlas RFID Solutions. In addition, he held various positions at Intergraph, where he worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, Business Solutions Specialist, and Senior Technical Recruiter. Before that, he was the Lead Recruiter at BASC Group and the Senior Recruiter at Connective Talent and Triad Resources.
Educated at Vanguard University of Southern California, Paul studied Business and Marketing, which laid a solid foundation for his current work. Paul has built an impressive reputation for his ability to understand complex technical processes and help businesses take advantage of emerging technologies.
