Prior to his role at CBRE, Andrew held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hana, CBRE's flexible-space solutions offering. Following the transfer of Hana to Industrious, Andrew played a key role in facilitating a global strategic commercial partnership between CBRE and Industrious. His leadership was instrumental in managing the merger and ensuring a seamless transition for both companies.

With a proven track record of success, Andrew Kupiec's professional journey includes significant roles at reputable companies such as Zipcar, Clearwire, and Cintas. During his tenure at Zipcar, Andrew spearheaded the development of digitally-driven capabilities and managed a multi-billion dollar annual business portfolio within the Avis Budget Group.
