Andrew Goodman is the Founder and President of Page Zero Media, a digital marketing agency based in Toronto, specializing in Google Ads, SEO, and paid social advertising. He established the company in 2000 with the intent to address the needs of clients in the rapidly growing search engine marketing (SEM) sector. Goodman emphasized listening to clients and fostering transparency and trust, which were often lacking in the industry at that time.12
Goodman gained recognition for his contributions to SEM, particularly after the launch of Google AdWords Select in 2002. He authored the first comprehensive guide on AdWords titled "21 Ways to Maximize ROI on Google AdWords Select," which became a bestseller.14 His book "Winning Results with Google AdWords," published in 2005, is considered a seminal resource in the field and has been translated into six languages.1
In addition to his work at Page Zero Media, Goodman has been active in the marketing community as a speaker and contributor to various industry publications. He co-founded Traffick.com, a well-respected search marketing blog, and has served on advisory boards for major conferences like SES.13 His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree from York University.1
Goodman is also involved in investing in seed-stage tech startups and has previously co-founded HomeStars, a consumer review site that was acquired by HomeAdvisor in 2017.12
