Andrew Fellowes

Associate Head of Policy and Public Affairs at NSPCC

Andrew Fellowes is a dedicated professional in the voluntary sector, specializing in policy development to enhance the well-being of children and young people.

He holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Leeds, as well as a First Class Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.

With a diverse career path, Andrew has held key roles in various organizations, including being the Associate Head of Policy and Public Affairs at NSPCC.

Prior to his current position, he served as the Principal Health Policy Officer at the National Children's Bureau and held several roles at the Council for Disabled Children, focusing on health, participation, and policy.

Andrew's experience also includes internships at Children England, Social Market Foundation, and ACEVO where he honed his skills in policy, research, and information dissemination.

Before transitioning into policy work, he gained valuable experience as a Learning Support Assistant at West Oaks School NE SILC and in customer-facing roles at Fox Hayes LLP and One Stop Stores Ltd.
