Andrew Dean is the Head of Global Performance & Monitoring at Lightsource bp, a role he has held since February 2021. His background also includes experience at The Boston Consulting Group and a strong academic record, having earned an MBA with distinction from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.1
