Andrew Butt

Andrew Butt is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at GlossGenius, a role he has held since September 2021. He is recognized as the head of talent and was the founding recruiting hire for the company, which has raised a total of $70 million in funding from notable investors like Bessemer Venture Partners and L Catterton.

Prior to his current position, Butt worked at Squarespace for over seven years, where he held various roles including Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Lead, and Senior Recruiter.
