Dan Tran is a seasoned recruiter currently focused on building a stellar recruiting function at Radar. With a passion for connecting with individuals and driving awareness towards social causes, Dan found his calling in recruiting through non-profit work with Kollaboration and ECAASU. His career kicked off at Squarespace, where he excelled in scaling business and engineering teams, and overseeing the university program ideation. Prior to his current role, Dan honed his recruiting skills at Greenhouse before transitioning to Radar. At Radar, he is instrumental in developing a recruiting function that prioritizes long-term growth, employer branding, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Outside of work, Dan enjoys traveling, watching movies as an AMC Stubs member, challenging HIIT classes, and teaching yoga post his certification training in Thailand.
Dan Tran is a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) graduate with a concentration in Marketing from Baruch College. His educational background has equipped him with essential knowledge to thrive in the recruiting and talent acquisition space.

His wide-ranging experience in diverse recruiting environments has shaped him into a well-rounded recruiting professional with a strong focus on employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and fostering a people-centric work culture.
