UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)

- Lead a team of developers and business analysts in the development & maintenance of web application that acts as a self-service engine for customers to import and manipulate HR and payroll data into Ulti-Pro (Ultimate Software flagship HCM solution). The application uses a metadata-driven architecture that allows for extension through configuration.  

-  Led team of 23 developers and 3 BAs to build a REST API to the platform for third party and internal consumption.
-  Drive continuous improvement through actionable data to increase predictability, velocity and quality. 
-  Develop applications following CQRS methodology. 
-  Closely work with Product Management to create multi-year product plans identifying dependencies and milestones based on teams’ capacity.
-  Hands on front line Manager who leads and develops an effective team of BAs, Software Engineers and QA Testers.
-  Consistently lead the appropriate resources from internal teams and other teams in the organization in order to ensure the most optimal results.

Manager of Software Engineering

Lead a team of developers, scrum masters and business analysts throughout all phases of agile SCRUM development. Responsible for the design, development and deployment of web & mobile software applications:
-  Partner with companywide business owners and Information Management team members to maintain product roadmap, identify system integration and develop IoT smart-grid application solutions.
-  Manage two SCRUM and one Kanban teams (18 employees) to architect and develop the best technical solution within a value stream; create development plans and oversee execution and delivery on commitments.
-  Developed native iOS app from scratch in Swift and JavaScript

Responsible for analyzing the current state of the organization, performing gap analysis in all areas of operations, leading technology projects, identifying required performance metrics, and staff departments as needed with a team of two Business Analysts, and two Lead Professionals reporting to the Director of Operations. Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze operating systems, workflow optimization, management infrastructure, corporate mindset and behaviors. 

Key Projects and Accomplishments:
-  Developed process flows, standard procedures and KPIs. Improved business performance and prevented process related problems by reducing inefficiencies. 
-  Supported software development cycles through agile development methodology
-  Increased Collections department’s throughput by 24% and productivity by 53% by defining daily goals and establishing SMART objectives, while leveraging Minitab for sustained results.
-  Piloted and implemented technology solutions including CRM Zendesk for customer satisfaction, Avaya for phone solution and DreamTeam SFDC for Project Management.

-  Accountable for Distribution reliability analysis, grid performance standards, maintenance programs, work methods, and vegetation program coordination with the goal of achieving continuous reliability performance improvement.
-  Ensured timeliness and validation of exclusion studies for major events, monthly indicator reports, franchise studies and other special studies.
-  Mentored 2 Green Belt candidates in their certification process and six sigma methodology.
-  Coordinated approximately $12 million annual budget.
-  Supervised bargaining unit restoration and construction crews.
