Andrea Noel

Andrea Noel is a dedicated public servant with a passion for environmental protection and community development.

She holds a Master's degree in Community Planning and Development with a focus on Environment and Land Use from the University of Southern Maine-Muskie School of Public Service.

Her educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Natural and Applied Science, specializing in Environmental Issues, from the University of Southern Maine, and an Associate degree in Information Technology from Florida Community College at Jacksonville.

Andrea has a wealth of experience working in various government and private sector roles. She has served as a Planning Supervisor and Community Planner at the Tennessee Department of Transportation, as well as in several positions at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection including Assistant Regional Administrator, Aquatic Preserves Manager, and Watershed Coordinator.

Her career also includes roles such as Project Coordinator at Power Products Inc, Map Technician-Intern at DeLorme, GIS Research Assistant at the University of Maine, and GIS Consultant at Orbis Mapping Solutions.

With a strong academic background and diverse work experience, Andrea Noel brings a unique perspective and expertise to her endeavors in environmental protection and community planning.

Her dedication to public service and environmental causes highlights her commitment to making a positive impact on society and the world at large.
