Andrea Galliano Sparks is a passionate children's advocate and a dynamic, creative leader with a proven ability to drive public policy and public relations initiatives.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Andrea focuses on strategic development of systems and services to enhance the well-being of children, youth, and families.

Inspired by the motto 'Do right and risk the consequences' by Sam Houston, Andrea is dedicated to making a positive impact.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Andrea is a loving wife and mother of two young adults and a dog, embodying her Cajun heritage and Texan roots.

Having studied International Relations at Sciences Po, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Tulane University, and earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from The University of Texas School of Law, Andrea brings a diverse academic background to her work.

Currently, Andrea serves as the Director of the Child Sex Trafficking Team at the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, where she continues her mission to protect and advocate for children's rights and safety.
