Lydia Aranda, M.A., is an acclaimed figure with over 30 years of experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, known for her exceptional skills in building consensus, executing strategies, and forming multi-level partnerships.

She has a remarkable track record of developing growth strategies for diverse and underserved communities through her professional services firm, bilingual broadcasts, and social impact initiatives, working with key clients like Hispanic College Fund (now HSF), DemocracyWin, United Consumer Coalition, NHCC, Federation of IPN, and more.

With a background as Vice President & Regional Director at Wells Fargo, Small Business Advocate for two Arizona Governors, and various leadership roles in marketing, communications, and international relations, Lydia Aranda has a wealth of experience in corporate and community development.

An accomplished speaker, she has presented globally on development initiatives and contributed to prestigious publications; she has been recognized for her leadership and civic contributions nationally and has participated in significant missions such as AIPAC's US Hispanic Leaders Mission to Israel and H.O.P.E. Binational Latina Fellows.

Lydia Aranda holds a Master of Arts degree from Claremont Lincoln University, a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University, and has also studied Medicine and Communications at the University of Arizona.

She is actively involved in various organizations, including Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC), where she serves as President for Southern Arizona and Border Communities, and has held positions in impactful organizations like Better Futures Forward Institute, NHCC Washington D.C., Hispanic College Fund, Wells Fargo, and more.
