Andrea Arredondo is an experienced engineer with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is skilled in CAPA process, root cause analysis, FMEA, and MBPS. With a strong organizational and goal-oriented approach, Andrea has held work and leadership roles in Engineering, Quality, and Production teams in industrial settings.

Passionate about promoting equality in the workplace, Andrea advocates for women and people of color.

Andrea's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, studied Physics at University of Redlands, and attended Notre Dame High School in San Jose.

Throughout her career, Andrea has been associated with various organizations such as JSR Micro Inc, Ultra Clean Technology, QuantumClean, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Lam Research, University of Redlands, and Via Services. She has held positions ranging from Process Engineer to Customer Quality Engineer, Engineering Intern to Student Office Assistant, Undergraduate Research Assistant to Global Operations Supply Chain Intern, among others.
