Anders Moberg is a renowned corporate attorney with a broad expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He has a significant cross-border M&A experience in the energy, medical, IT/telecom and financial sectors. Mr. Moberg has a comprehensive educational background, including an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and a Jur Kand. degree from Stockholm University. Mr. Moberg is currently a partner at Cirio law firm, one of the leading law firms in Sweden. He has also served as a board member at Verisec, a provider of cybersecurity solutions, and as a partner and attorney at Advokatfirman Lindahl, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Sweden. Previously, he worked at Milbank LLP, Setterwalls Advokatbyrå, and Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå. Before starting his legal career, Mr. Moberg studied Officersexamen at Marinens Officershögskola and attended Danderyds Gymnasium and Wareham High School.
