Ander Orcasitas is a seasoned professional leading the Western Europe division for Dynamic Yield, which is Mastercard's Predictive Personalization technology, focusing on empowering Financial Institutions and Merchants to offer personalized experiences across all touchpoints.
With a rich background, Ander was an early employee at Lazada Group in Singapore, which was later acquired by Alibaba Group, and served as the Country Head at Shopee, a part of Sea, which is currently listed on the NYSE.
Ander Orcasitas has a solid educational foundation, including a Master's Programme in Business Development and Internationalization from Umeå University, and a Business Bachelor's degree with a major in International Growth from the University of Deusto, where he studied Marketing & Strategy, Finance, and HR.
Throughout his career, Ander has held key roles such as RVP - Western Europe & LAC, Director for Iberia and Latin America, and GM for APAC at Dynamic Yield. He has also served as the Managing Director in Singapore at Shopee and as the Head of Vendor Acquisition at Lazada Group.
Ander Orcasitas has also been actively involved in organizations such as JADE - European Confederation of Junior Enterprises and International Venture Club, where he contributed as an Advisor and Account Manager, respectively.
