Anca Capruciu

Anca Capruciu is a professional with extensive experience in software engineering, software development, and product management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest, which she earned in 2007.

After finishing her studies, Capruciu began her career as a software engineer at Luxoft, where she was primarily responsible for developing banking and insurance software using Java. In 2012, she joined ST-Ericsson as a senior software engineer, where she gained experience in developing mobile software for Android phones.

Capruciu's passion for software engineering led her to take on several leadership roles. She joined Amazon as a software development manager in 2014, where she managed a team of engineers working on Amazon's search ads platform. In 2018, she joined Spotify as a product manager, where she has been instrumental in the development of Spotify's music streaming platform.

Capruciu has received several awards throughout her career, including the Amazon CS Leadership Award in 2016 and the CEO Award for Excellence in 2019.
