Ana Guerrero is an organizational strategist with over 30 years of experience in running organizations, leading campaigns, building coalitions, and developing public policy.1 She served as Chief of Staff to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti from 2013 to 2021.1 Currently, she works as a strategic advisor in the mayor's office, earning more than $248,000 annually.2
