Amy Taylor-Bianco

Amy Taylor-Bianco, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Management Department at Ohio University's College of Business.1 She serves as the Executive Academic Director of the Walter Center for Strategic Leadership and Director of the Master of Science in Management (MSM) program.123

Dr. Taylor-Bianco, often referred to as "Dr. B," has been with Ohio University since 2002.1 Her educational background includes:

• Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University (2000, with distinction)
• M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University (1995, with Honors)
• B.A. from Dickinson College (1990)1
