As the Executive Director of Allegis Global Solutions, she's responsible for working with a wide variety of organizations to help them optimize their workforce strategies. Prior to this role, she served as the Global Director of Strategy and Communication at Allegis Global Solutions, where she helped facilitate effective communication between team members around the world. Mallia also has extensive experience in employee relations, internal recruiting, and immigration. Additionally, Mallia has worked to promote diversity and inclusion throughout her career.
