Amy Healey is a seasoned professional with a 24-year career in executive recruiting, starting at Hobson Associates where she specialized in software sales and sales leadership.

She advanced to become a partner and Director of Training at Hobson Associates, working closely with CEOs and VPs of Sales in scaling their teams in Document and Content Management.

Amy co-founded AccordingToDanny, an industry training company, and has been a speaker at various industry events including the National Association of Personnel Services.

Transitioning to Lucas Group in 2009 as the Director of Sales Operations, she built the internal recruiting team from scratch, overseeing recruitment and placement across various divisions.

Renowned for her excellence, she developed a top-tier New Associate Training Program and won the prestigious Presidential Award twice during her tenure at Lucas Group.

In 2020, Amy joined the Paul Bridges Group as a Senior Principal, focusing on recruiting recruiters and leadership, leveraging her vast experience in the field.

Currently, Amy serves as the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Coda Search, assisting in expanding the search and staffing offerings of the company.
