Amr El-Bayoumi

Amr El-Bayoumi is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in transactions spanning Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Licensing, and Corporate Restructuring among others. He has extensive experience in sectors such as Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, New Technologies, and Entertainment across various international markets.

Amr holds a JD in International Law & Intellectual Property Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Prior to his current role as an Actor, Voice Over Artist, and Legal Consultant, Amr El-Bayoumi held leadership positions including Regional Counsel MENEAT at Japan Tobacco International, Attorney at Law at Legal Consultant, and Vice President of Legal Affairs at Orascom Telecom. He has a wide network of contacts including internal counsel, corporate executives, private equity funds, and international banks and law firms.

In addition to his legal expertise, Amr has a deep understanding of government tenders, arbitration strategy, and financing. His experience includes working on matters related to Joint Ventures, Supply Arrangements, Distributorships, Franchising, and IPOs.
