Having worked in various positions at prominent organizations, including Baltic Ammonia Company, JSFC SISTEMA, and Metromedia International Group Joint Venture, he has developed expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, International Law, Telecommunications, International Arbitrations, and International Joint Ventures in Russia. He also specializes in Admiralty and Maritime Law and has studied Certificate, Admiralty & Maritime Law at Cambridge Academy of Transport. With almost two decades of experience in implementing international standards in industries like telecoms, shipping and transportation, oil and gas, banking, construction, and heavy industry, he has developed comprehensive case analysis skills using worldwide legal databases and modern electronic tools. In addition, Giorgi has played a critical role in developing procedures to ensure the implementation of foreign-funded project goals into state governance/regulatory systems.
