Amma Aboagye is a creative and dynamic intrapreneur with over ten years of experience in designing and coordinating global projects in international development, innovation, and culture.
She has a proven track record of enriching the lives of vulnerable populations and enhancing the success capacity of international and local organizations by using human-centered design approaches and promoting learning and innovation through blogs, radio, and podcasts.
Amma's professional highlights include creating and managing the Wax Print Fest during Ghana's Year of Return, co-hosting and producing over 50 episodes of youth empowerment radio programming, developing a mission-wide Learning Agenda, and leading the implementation of a Mission-Wide Agency Alignment initiative.
She is currently co-managing the Local Works program providing strategic business consulting to improve the sustainable performance of private sector associations in West Africa.
Amma holds a Master's in Public Administration with specializations in Urban and Social Policy from Columbia | SIPA and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
