Ensuring that culture and fit are met before presenting to hiring managers. Sources, screening, and interviewing to ensure that we build the best possible team. Sourced and Screened over 25 hires ranging from Software Engineers to Customer Support Representatives. • UX Support: Writing out scripts and completing site visits to restaurants to ensure that their customer experience is taken into account. Taking findings and putting together actionable plans to improve on current processes and products. • Project Manager: Project Management of 100 person office move.
