Amit Dvir
Amit Dvir is a seasoned researcher with a strong background in communication network systems and wireless ad hoc networks. He has a Ph.D.; M.Sc.; and B.Sc. in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Amit is particularly interested in exploring the real-life properties of systems and algorithm development. He has analyzed problems related to routing, backbones, and energy efficiency. He is also well-versed in Wi-Fi and Wi-Max Combination and routing in MMR systems. One of his primary research interests is enabling sensor networks to maximize their lifetime by designing energy-efficient routing protocols. Amit is an advocate for multidisciplinary research and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common objectives. He is proficient in Java, C++, C, Matlab, Omnet/NS2, and TinyOS.
