Amit Sahai
Professor of Computer Science at UCLA
Amit Sahai is a distinguished professor of computer science at the UCLA Samueli School of Engineering and holds the Symantec Endowed Chair in Computer Science.1 He is also the director of the Center for Encrypted Functionalities, a National Science Foundation Frontier Center.1
Academic Background
Sahai received his Ph.D. in computer science from MIT in 2000.12 Prior to joining UCLA in 2004, he was a faculty member at Princeton University from 2000 to 2004.2
