Amit Dogra is a seasoned business strategist and consumer insights expert with a diverse global experience of 15+ years working for leading consumer, financial and technology companies. He is a results-driven leader with strong expertise in data-driven decision making, managing teams and shaping strategy to drive business growth. Amit has an advanced understanding of qualitative/quantitative research methodologies and is skilled at utilizing large amounts of data to generate insights that drive business growth. Amit has studied business economics at Delhi University and has completed an Advanced Data Analysis for Marketing Decisions course at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has worked in leadership positions for some of the biggest names in the industry including Grammarly, Facebook, Visa, and Taylor Nelson Sofres.
As the Head of Customer Insights at Grammarly, Amit is responsible for all aspects of customer research, consumer journey mapping, and brand strategy development. Prior to this, he led marketing insights for Facebook Reality Labs and B2B Brand Research for Facebook. At Visa, he served as the Director of Global Product Marketing and Global Brand & Ad Measurement Director. In addition, Amit was the Business Leader, Research and Insights; Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Visa. Before that, he held several senior research roles at Taylor Nelson Sofres and Research International UK/Japan.
