Amberly Santana

Amberly Santana is a learning development and training specialist with a diverse background in teaching and curriculum design across K-12, higher education, and training provider environments.

She holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Dayton, a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Dayton, and a Certificate in International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

Amberly has held various roles including Learning Experience Designer at NovoEd, Learning & Development Specialist at Cultural Awareness International, Inc., Global Assignment Coordinator at Cultural Awareness International, Inc., International Student Specialist at Eastfield College, Graduate Assistant for Intercultural Initiatives at University of Dayton, and Graduate Assistant for Co-Curricular Learning at University of Dayton.

Her professional experiences also include teaching at the Dayton Smart Bilingual Academy as part of Teach For America, internships at Procter & Gamble in roles such as CMK Secret Intern, CMK Fabric Care Intern, IDS BA Intern, and R&D Beauty Analytical Intern, as well as serving as a Resident Assistant at the University of Dayton.
