Amber Curry Gracia is a versatile professional with a unique background in design, consulting, and development, collaborating with purpose-driven individuals and organizations to address global challenges.

She is the founder of Cinco Strategy Group, where she led initiatives advising businesses and NGOs on innovation strategies, resulting in the creation of over US$300MM in value.

Having both entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial experience, Amber has successfully acquired one venture and launched three others, gaining firsthand knowledge of the dynamics of social entrepreneurship.

Amber's diverse experiences, including serving at UN-HABITAT during the formulation of the Millennium Development Goals, have nurtured her passion for storytelling and the advocacy of social change.

Her areas of expertise include research and innovation, design thinking, sustainable development, public health, business strategy, social enterprise, facilitation, impact measurement, and communications.

Amber's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Management with a focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Latin American Studies, along with a BS in Architecture.

She is associated with organizations such as Ambershore Group, Impact AO, and Texas Health Resources, where she held roles in multicultural growth, innovation, and consulting. Her prior experiences also include roles at Cinco Media Communications and the United Nations Centre for Human Settlements.
