With a solid athletic background ranging from varsity high school sports to coaching various ice hockey teams, including New York State Boys Travel, Girls Travel, and high school teams, Amar Lal currently serves as a coach at a Washington DC Private high school.

His professional journey includes roles such as Vice President Operations at SparkMeter, Director Operations at Ducommun Incorporated, Senior Manufacturing Analyst at Corning Incorporated, and various positions at General Electric (Martin Marietta/Lockheed Martin/BAE Systems), showcasing his expertise in leadership and management.

Amar Lal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management from Binghamton University, and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering also from Binghamton University.

He is a USA Hockey Level 4 Coach and has certifications in CPIM, PMP, and CSCP, highlighting his commitment to professional development and excellence.
