Amanda Wong, CPA, CA, is a dedicated professional with a strong focus on customer experience and service design. Passionate about innovation, collaboration, disruption, and change, she excels at identifying opportunities and creating new experiences for customers. Amanda actively supports her community by advancing women in the workplace, promoting diversity and inclusiveness, and volunteering her skills and experience to local nonprofits.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy & Cell Biology from McGill University, Amanda has a solid educational background. Her professional journey includes various impactful roles at TELUS, where she has served as Manager of Strategy & Program Office - Local Content, National Chair of Abilities Resource Group, Senior Strategy Manager of Future Friendly Home, National Chair of Diversity & Inclusiveness Council, and Senior Marketing Manager of Customer Experience Management, among others.

Additionally, Amanda has contributed to the community in leadership roles at organizations such as Cures for Kids Foundation, Foundation Fighting Blindness Canada, L'Arche Greater Vancouver, and MOSAICA, McGill Dance Company. Her experience spans from being a Vice-President on the Board of Directors to Event Coordination and Development Assistance.
