Kelly J. Grier is the US Chair and Managing Partner and Americas Managing Partner at EY, overseeing more than 80,000 professionals across 31 countries with an annual revenue of $17.2 billion.

With nearly three decades of experience at EY, Kelly has served as a client service partner and senior advisor on Fortune 500 Audit and Advisory clients, now holding a senior advisory role on several of EY's largest accounts.

In her previous roles at EY, Kelly served as Vice Chair, Central Region Managing Partner, leading 10,000 professionals across 15 states and 17 offices, and as Americas Vice Chair - Talent, focusing on enhancing the experience for EY personnel in the Americas.

Kelly is actively involved in EY's leadership, chairing the US Executive Committee and Americas Operating Executive, and representing EY in regulatory relationships. She is also the Executive Sponsor for EY's diversity and inclusiveness initiatives.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Kelly enjoys running, golfing, and traveling with her family.

Kelly holds a BA in Accounting from Saint Mary's College.
