Amanda Uva

Amanda Uva is a highly experienced and skilled nurse practitioner with a diverse educational background. She holds a Master's Degree in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Seton Hall University, a B.S. in Nursing from Quinnipiac University, and a B.S. in Biology and Spanish from Roanoke College.

With a robust professional history, Amanda has worked in various healthcare settings, including being a Nurse Practitioner at Central Connecticut Cardiologists. She has also held positions at Pain and Spine Specialists of Connecticut, LLC as a Nurse Practitioner, as an RN in Cardiac and Cardiothoracic ICU at St Joseph's Regional Medical Center, and as an RN in Cardiac ICU at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Prior to her roles as a Nurse Practitioner and RN, Amanda Uva gained valuable experience in different healthcare capacities. She served as an AHA Instructor & SIM Lab Facilitator at St. George's University in Grenada, worked as an Emergency Department RN at Massachusetts General Hospital and Yale New Haven Hospital, and was a Student Nurse Assistant in Pediatric Oncology at Yale New Haven Hospital.
