- Manages predevelopment loans and provides technical assistance to two of Berkeley’s historically Black churches as they build affordable housing developments on their properties. Technical assistance includes working with the churches and their development partners to navigate city planning requirements, budget documents and state financing requirements.
-  Managed the City’s Covid-19 Housing Retention Grant Program from September 2020 - June 2021, working with two nonprofits to utilize city, state and federal funds to ensure 357 households facing eviction in Berkeley remained housed. Drafted new policies to address inequities in city funding levels for senior households and marina residents, gaining City Manager approval to directly address resident needs.  Provided nonprofits with advance administrative guidance and technical assistance to ensure applicant households were prepared for a competitive application process utilizing a new county-administered system. This ensured Berkeley residents were the first to receive new county resources, which have since assisted an additional 449 households.
-  Approves fund disbursements for over $18 million in City loans for affordable housing development and construction.
-  Co-edited the City’s 2020 Consolidated Annual Action Plan and the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
-  Drafted funding applications to the State Department of Housing and Community Development on behalf of the City for the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) and Local Housing Trust Fund (LHTF). Both applications were fully funded, and received the highest eligible scores. Currently manages these funds’ allocations to nonprofit developers.
-  Staff support for the City’s Housing Advisory Commission, providing reports as well as in-person assistance.
-  Tracks City, county, state, and federal legislation and regulatory policy that may impact department revenue and programs.
