Amanda M. Roraff is currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Integrated Services at Ford Motor Company. Prior to this role, she held the position of Chief of Staff for Ford Next from October 2022 to August 2023.1
Roraff has extensive experience in the mobility and electrification space. She co-led Ford's investment in Cavnue, a company focused on infrastructure-enabled automation, as part of her role as Co-founder of the AV Mobility Corridor Team at Ford Next Ventures from 2020 to 2022.1
Before joining Ford, Roraff held various leadership positions at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, including Managing Director of PlanetM, a mobility-focused initiative, from 2019 to 2020.1
Roraff's background also includes roles at NextEnergy Center, where she served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications from 2015 to 2017 and Director of Marketing & Communications from 2012 to 2015.1
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy – American Public Policy and Affairs from Michigan State University's James Madison College.1
