Amanda Leigh Brown is a young lawyer who has transitioned into the field of legal technology, with a passion for efficiency, innovation, access to justice, and human-centered lawyering.
She holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law, graduating Cum Laude from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, and a background in Economics from Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College.
Amanda has held various roles in organizations, including serving as the Executive Director at Lagniappe Law Lab, Legal Technology Consultant at Louisiana Bar Foundation, and Legal Innovation Advisor at InnoLegal Services, PLLC.
She has also been a Microsoft NextGen Fellow at the American Bar Association, a Flood Recovery Fellow at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, and a Graduate for Justice Intern at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services.
Her experience includes serving as a Student Practitioner in Community Justice and Litigation Technology Clinics, being a member and Selection Chairperson at Loyola Maritime Law Journal, and interning at various legal institutions and departments.
