Amanda Compton is a strategic team leader, passionate collaborator, and relationship builder with diverse professional experience in the public and private sectors. She holds a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development, Education, Public Policy from Vanderbilt University, and an M.A. in Public Policy and Management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. She also holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Throughout her career, Amanda has established herself as a skilled program developer, proficient in creating plans and programs for organizations to achieve their goals. She is also an expert in managing relationships with internal and external partners, leading to raised funds, strengthened engagement, improved communication, and enhanced brand recognition.

Amanda's previous positions include Director of Development at St. Thomas More Newman Center, Development Officer for Major Gifts at Ohio Wesleyan University, Assistant Director of Development at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and Program Manager at Old Dominion University. In addition, she has held legal internships with the Ohio Department of Education and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, and served as a Special Assistant for Scheduling and Advance and to the White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of Transportation. She has also worked as an intern for the Committee on House Administration at the U.S. Congress and the Office of Presidential Personnel at the White House.
