Nick Heijder

Nick Heijder is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background. He holds a Black Belt in Lean Management from Likert Lean Academy and a Bachelor's degree from Academie Mens Arbeid. Additionally, he studied at Maasland College for HAVO and at Personality at work for NEO-PI-3 (Big Five Persoonlijkheidstest). He also earned a Master's degree in Implementation & Change Management from Open Universiteit.

In terms of professional experience, Nick Heijder has held key roles in renowned organizations. He has served as a Begeleider, Coach, and Docent (HRM) at Fontys Hogescholen, showcasing his expertise in guiding and educating others. Prior to this, he held the position of HR Manager at Imtech Systems B.V, and also worked as an HR Consultant at Imtech Telecom (formerly Datelnet).
