Alycia Doxon is a finance and economics graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, with a keen interest in venture finance and entrepreneurship.
She has worked extensively in various startups across different industries, including medical devices, SaaS, and tech-enabled short-term rentals, and is currently serving as the COO of a fintech startup called The Halo App.
Alycia's experience in startup culture stems from her role as the president of the UWM Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization and her participation in the University Innovation Fellows program at Stanford University.
During her time at UWM, Alycia was recognized for her achievements, winning the Lubar School's Business Ethics Competition, receiving a full-ride scholarship for academics and leadership, and being featured in a graduation commencement video on student entrepreneurship.
In terms of education, Alycia pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and also studied International Business and Spanish at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
