Yael Alter

Alter Yael is the CEO & Co-founder of Soos Technology, a biotechnology company addressing challenges in the poultry industry, particularly male layer extermination and production capacity loss in commercial hatcheries.

Soos Technology is developing an AI-guided hatching system that manipulates environmental conditions during the incubation stage to influence the reproductive system development in poultry embryos, ultimately converting genetic male embryos into productive female layers for egg-laying purposes.

With over 15 years of management experience, Alter Yael has a strong background in the poultry industry, having previously served as the CEO of a prominent agricultural projects company specializing in constructing industrial poultry houses and coops globally.

Alter Yael holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Economics from Ben Gurion University.

She is currently the CEO & Co-founder of Soos Technology, and has held key positions in organizations like Vice President at Yamko yad paz, CEO at Agropaz, and Chief Financial Officer at AMAREL LTD.
