Alma Rico

Alma Rico is a highly accomplished and experienced professional with expertise in the education sector. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership positions in several organizations.

Currently, Rico is the Talent Practice Director for the Impact Team at Charter School Growth Fund. Before her current role, she was a Broad Resident (Class of 2016-2018) at The Broad Center. Prior to The Broad Center, Rico was Chief Operating Officer at Voices College-Bound Language Academies and Alpha Public Schools. She has also served as Team Lead - Haas Social Sector Solutions at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and worked as a consultant at PA Consulting Group.

With a diverse educational and professional background, Rico has gained extensive expertise in leading and managing organizations within the education sector. She is passionate about driving positive change and creating opportunities for students in underserved communities.
