Soenda Howell

Soenda Howell is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational Administration and Supervision from National Louis University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Secondary Education and Teaching from Teachers College of Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Swarthmore College, and a Master of Business Administration - Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Soenda Howell has a wide range of experience in the education sector. She has served as an Investment Principal at Charter School Growth Fund. Previously, she held various roles at the KIPP Foundation, including Director of Instructional Leadership, Fisher Fellowship Director, Global Fellowship Director, and Leadership Development Manager. She also served as a School Leader and Founding Assistant Principal at KIPP LEAD College Prep Charter School. Additionally, Soenda Howell has worked as a Staff Consultant - Team Lead at SchoolStart and as a Founding Teacher at KIPP STAR College Prep Charter School.
