Allyson Toy

Allyson Toy is a values-driven creative technology leader with over 12 years of experience in the music, tech, and media industries across the US and Asia.13 She currently serves as the Senior Program Manager of Creator Community at Twitch, a position she has held since March 2022.1

In her role at Twitch, Allyson:

1. Conceptualizes and executes bespoke creator programs to scale new vertical acquisition, community building, growth, and retention.1
2. Consults on cross-functional music initiatives, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, and Original Content.1
3. Leads creator education efforts and collaborates with external educators to develop curriculum for creator accelerator programs.1
4. Identifies high-potential growth verticals and communities by analyzing market trends and creator performance data.1

Prior to her current role, Allyson held several positions at Twitch, including:

Allyson's background includes extensive experience in the music industry, having worked for companies such as Red Bull, 88RISING, The FADER, Creative Artists Agency, and William Morris Endeavor.1 She is also the co-founder of LIONS SHARE and has been DJing for over 15 years across eight countries.2

Allyson is passionate about advocating for the AAPI community and serves on the board of Women's Audio Mission.2 She is multilingual, speaking English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin.13
