Allison Slater Rasch

Allison Slater is an accomplished leader in the field of people and talent development. A graduate of prestigious institutions such as Sarah Lawrence College and Columbia University, Allison has a background in cellular biology. Her career has taken an interesting turn as she started working at Revolution Prep as a Manager of Instruction while also co-founding Camp Phoenix as an Executive Director. From there, Allison moved into human resources, and held positions at various cutting-edge tech companies such as ClassDojo, Greenhouse Software, and Stitch Fix. She is a former Manager of Recruiting Operations and Programs at both ClassDojo and Stitch Fix, as well as the former Head of People and Talent at ClassDojo, where she led company-wide initiatives to foster a positive and innovative culture. Currently, Allison serves as Director of People Development at TripActions, where she directs and manages people development programs and initiatives for the company.
